JOHN-PAUL PAVAO

as Operations Manager

John-Paul has followed his own career path at Financial Connections based on his interests. He originally joined the company in the role of Assistant to both Operations and Financial Planning. This offered exposure to two-sides of our services. John-Paul also completed the education program for financial planning giving him a foundation for our profession. However, he enjoyed the interplay between the our custodian and ongoing clients and decided to specialize in the Operations track of the business.

JP is responsible for client requests and relations with our custodian. He is responsible for the company’s tech stack and software vendors. He is our resident client portal guru. And, our go to person if someone wants to discuss cars for purchase.

…before becoming a FC Team Member

JP previously worked as a Production and Purchasing Coordinator for a local manufacturing company. While in school, he worked as a teller at West America and an Assistant Manager at Three Twins Ice Cream. And yes, he still eats ice cream!

JP has a Bachelors from Sonoma State University with a concentration in Finance.

…outside of the office

John-Paul considers himself a foody. He enjoys experimenting with different milk tea cafes around the Bay Area, Yerba Mate drinks, playing with his dog Suki, and going for long drives in West Marin. JP is also a huge Warrior fan.
