As a Certified Financial PlannerTM practitioner, Kim works with clients to develop a plan to map their financial future. Kim enjoys working with our clients who come from varying backgrounds and is proud of our team collaboration which always keeps our clients’ best interests in mind. Kim is also our in house Social Security specialist.
…as a financial professional
Kim joined the Financial Connections team in of 2006 as our Operations Guru and as a Financial Paraplanner. She obtained her CFP designation in 2018.
…before becoming a FC Team Member
Kim worked primarily in the fields of human resources and accounting, with a shorter stint in property management. She earned her B.A. in English Literature, with an emphasis in writing. Kim interned as a grant writer with the Bay Institute in Novato before graduating cum laude from Dominican University in San Rafael, California.
…outside of the office
Kim is a fourth generation San Francisco native. She has a blind black cat named Ninja. In her spare time, she collects vintage Advertising, Art Nouveau, and Fantasy Postcards.
